The real bottleneck

Finding the product takes an hour.
The ads take the next three days.

Nobody quits because they ran out of products. They quit because every product needs a stack of creatives before you learn anything, and building that stack takes a week you do not have.

One angle, one shot

You write the ad you would want to see, run it, and it flops. Now you have no idea whether the product was wrong, the angle was wrong or the first two seconds were wrong.

Testing needs volume

Real testing means many angles and many openings on each one. That is the part everyone skips, because doing it by hand costs days per product.

Copying does not transfer

So you rebuild a competitor's ad. It worked for their offer, their price and their proof. On yours it lands flat, and you still do not know why.

AI gives you a wall of text

Ask a chatbot for ads and you get twenty ideas with no order, no scores and no way to tell which one to build first. More output, same decision problem.

The skill was never writing one great ad.
It is producing enough of them, in the right order, to find out what works.

That is a process problem, not a creativity problem. And a process can be run for you.

How it works

Seven stations. One pass.
No follow-up questions.

AdLab is not a prompt. It is a chain of nine skills that hand work to each other, scoring at every step so the weak material never reaches the next station.

Run adlab on [product]

That is the entire interface

1

Angles

Twelve angles, one per psychological driver, each scored on clarity, mechanism, believability and Meta risk.

Best 3 carry forward
2

Hooks

The opening 1.5 to 3 seconds, built as a full triplet: what is on screen, what the text says, what the voice says.

4 to 6 per angle
3

Body

Everything after the hook, in seven ordered beats. Each beat answers the next question forming in the viewer's head.

Full table per angle
4

Static images

A finished image prompt for every hook, written for ChatGPT or Gemini.

One per hook
5

Carousel

Five slides on the winning hook. Slide one stops the scroll, slides two to five carry the body beats, one image prompt per slide.

Every run
6

Video

Prompts that animate the still you just made, for Higgsfield, Runway, Kling or Veo. No camera, no talent, no editor.

Image to video
7

Ad copy

Primary text, headline, description and CTA button, sized for Meta so the description actually shows.

Paste ready

It decides, you do not

Everything is scored 0 to 100 on the same scale the whole way through. AdLab carries the winners forward on its own and hands you a ranked ship order at the end: build this first, then this.

It never stops to ask

Missing a price? A market? Reviews? It assumes, prints what it assumed at the top of the run, and keeps going. You get output, not a questionnaire.

6 of 12 shown. Mechanism and Convenience score high but were filtered out: both assume the viewer already knows this kind of product exists, which cold traffic does not.

2 Hooks on the winning angle

"Half the table. Forty minutes."

Visual: one table, left half grey and dry, right half deep and warm, a hard line down the middle. No voice-over.

Pattern interrupt93

"Same table. Same day."

Voice-over: "No sanding."

Statement92

3 Body, weighted for cold traffic

Bridge
Wood does not go grey because it is worn. It goes grey because it is dried out.
Mechanism
The wax is drawn into the fibres and feeds the wood from within, instead of sitting on the surface as a film.
Demo
Camera slides across the line between treated and untreated, same light, one take.
Proof
Founder's own table, before and after. Expanded, because cold traffic needs it. Marked [VERIFY] until shot.
Objections
No sanding, no lacquer, no smell. Oak, pine, teak, bamboo, beech, spruce. Forty minutes.
Offer
Compressed. Price never leads on cold traffic.
CTA
Soft. "Read more", not "buy now".

Note the two things it refused to do. Two angles scoring 86 and 85 were dropped in favour of one scoring 84, because the higher scorers assume the viewer already knows this kind of product exists. AdLab printed that reasoning rather than quietly reordering the list. And the proof beat is marked for verification instead of inventing a review, because that product had none yet.

Early users

From the first people who ran it

AdLab is new. These are the first buyers, in their own words.

I used to make image ads mostly in Canva. It worked, but it took quite a lot of my time.

The first time I tested AdLab I got several really good marketing angles that I had never used before.

What impressed me most was how fast you can produce new angles, images and finished ad ideas. It saves a lot of time and makes it easier to create ads that stand out from the competition.

What AdLab needs,
and what it will not do

Better you find out here than after paying. Nothing below is buried in the small print.

AdLab requires Claude

Skills are a Claude feature. AdLab is nine of them wired together, so it does not run in ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or anything else. If Claude is not part of your setup, this is not for you and you should not buy it.

What it does

  • ✓Builds angles, hooks, body copy, image prompts, video prompts and ad copy in one pass
  • ✓Scores everything and picks the winners instead of handing you a list
  • ✓Routes creative by funnel stage, so cold and warm audiences get different ads
  • ✓Flags Meta policy risk before you spend, not after the account is gone
  • ✓Works from thin input. A product name is enough to get started

What it does not do

  • ×It does not find products or validate demand. You bring the product
  • ×It does not generate the images or video. It writes the prompts, you run them
  • ×It does not plan your media buying. No budgets, no campaign structure
  • ×It will not invent proof. No fake reviews, no made-up numbers, ever
  • ×It does not guarantee a winner. It guarantees enough good material to find one

The last one matters most. AdLab removes the days of work between having a product and having something to test. It does not remove the testing. Anyone selling you the other thing is selling you a story.

Questions

Before you buy

Do I really need Claude?
Yes, and there is no way around it. Skills are a Claude feature and AdLab is nine of them wired together. It will not run in ChatGPT, Gemini or anything else. We do not ship a plain-prompt version, because a pile of prompts is not the product. The scoring, the routing and the refusal to invent proof all live in the skills.
I have never installed a skill. Is it complicated?
Four steps: unzip, drag the folders into your Claude skills folder, restart Claude, type run adlab on [product]. The guide shows the exact folder path for Windows and Mac. If you can unzip a file you can do this.
Does it write in my language?
Two languages, decided separately. The ad copy follows the market the ads will run in, and everything around it follows the language you write to it in. English and Swedish are the two we have tested properly. Write in Swedish about a product for Sweden and the whole run comes back in Swedish. Image and video prompts stay in English because image models are prompted in English, with only the on-image headline in your market's language.
What if I have no reviews, no price and no offer yet?
It still runs. That is the normal first run and AdLab is built for it. Missing facts get marked [VERIFY] so you know exactly what to fill in before you spend money, and angles are tagged hypothesis rather than validated. What it will never do is quietly invent a review or a statistic to fill the gap.
Will this get my ad account banned?
The intent is the opposite. Every angle is scored on how likely Meta is to allow it, and AdLab will not write personal-attribute call-outs, health claims, miracle promises, fake urgency or invented statistics. What it does not do is quietly delete an angle that scores well but looks risky to it. It keeps it and adds three lines: the caution, a safer rewrite, and whose call it is. That last line always says the same thing: my judgement, not a Meta rule, yours to overrule. You have the account history, it has a guess. It is a check, not a guarantee. Policy is enforced by people and it changes.
Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
Ask a chatbot for ads and you get a wall of undifferentiated ideas and the same decision problem you started with. AdLab produces twelve scored angles, carries the best three forward on its own, routes them by funnel stage, and hands you a ranked build order. The value is not the writing. It is the deciding.
Does it generate the actual images and videos?
No. It writes the prompts, you paste them into ChatGPT, Gemini, Higgsfield, Runway or whatever you already use. That is deliberate: it keeps you free to use whichever image tool is best this month instead of locking you to one.
Can I use the skills separately?
Yes, and you should when you want depth on one step. Need fifty more hooks on an angle that is already winning? Call the hook battery directly. AdLab chains the stations, it does not replace them, and all of them are in the download.
Do I get updates?
Yes, free. The skills get sharpened as real runs surface weaknesses, and buyers get the improved versions.
Can I get a refund?
It is a digital download that works the moment it lands, so it cannot be returned once you have it. That is exactly why the requirements are stated at the top of this page rather than hidden in a footer. If Claude is not part of your setup, do not buy it.
